State Drop Down Menu

I've noticed there is no State Option or drop down on the join page. Also obviously  no "State" on my members profile. Does anyone know if there is an option to turn this on? Most likely it will have to be added. But before I go  fiddling around trying to do it, I thought i'd see if anyone else has done it.

:) Nevermind, I actually figured out how to do it under field builder. BUT I do have a question about having a drop down menu for selector!

Where do I upload or add the state list to use as a selector ?

I'm no sure the proper way, but in predefines values i manually put in each state , you have to put them in the values cell and the lang cell I believe.
