it's best to stick with php 5.4.x for dolphin 7.1.x ...

if you must use php 5.5.x then place this in your php.ini:

error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_DEPRECATED & ~E_STRICT

you can also check in your /inc/header.inc.php file towards the bottom to make changes for strict standards:

error_reporting(E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_DEPRECATED & ~E_STRICT);

i am running 5.4.27  AND FACING THE SAME ISSUES,  THE SITE WAS RUNNING ON ANOTHER SERVER AND I MOVED ITTO A NEW CERVER WITH CENTOS AND GETTING THIS ERROR ,  THE WHOLE css IS BROKEN EVEN ,

yes , but that will solve only the errors to not display , and creating a new issue of the log size.

want to actually eliminate the whole ,  site was working very well in in php 5.4.27  then i changed the server and this issue.

php version would not break CSS; so the CSS issues is caused by something else.

I ran Dolphin on 5.4.27 with no problem and I am currently on the 5.6.x release.  At least moving forward, Dolphin needs to run on newer versions of php as the improvements in speed and security with newer php is a benefit and older versions of php will reach their end of life.
