I have Dolphin 7.0.7, and my submenu external links are not opening in a new window.
I checked "new window" and verified in database that target column contains "new_window" by my menu items, but they still open in the same window.
HOWEVER, if I move the item from submenu, to the main menu, then it opens in a new window.. IS this a bug? Can you guys test this on your sites, and let me know? Thanks
