Suggest Shared Hosting

Hi!, I'm new at this so..Searching around led me to believe Arvixe and Terabyte Hosting to be the top hosts. I am testing D7 @sonethost and man.. its crawling..

pages sometimes take 30sec to load..

Can anyone suggest a good host in terms of speed..
