Template email link back to site not working

I know for certain I am using the proper code to setup emails in email templates. When I view it, it shows as a link but when the email is received, it isn't a link. I have checked this in different email accounts. Any idea what needs to be done, anyone? Thanks!

well i guess your code should look something like this below:

<p>Simply follow the link below to enjoy our services:<br /><a href="<Domain>member.php"><Domain>member.php</a></p>

you will need to change the page it goes to eg. memebr.php to the page you want to go to

<p>Your profile was reviewed and activated !</p>

<p>Simply follow the link to enjoy our services:<br /><a href="http://www.umforhm.com">UMHM Relationship Service</a></p>

Thanks! I tried it also without the "http://"

HMMmmm...I'm a bit confused. Oh wait, I understand. I'm just sending them back to the main/homepage but I probably should send them to the login or member page. I'll try it. Thanks!
