Text ads underneath or above the flash player, any such module?

Text ads underneath or above the flash player is very common in social media scripts. Yet, no such module seems available for Dolphin. Is anyone developing a similar module?

you can look at switching out your rayz player with jwplayer and get an account on long-tail that will allow you to run adverts through  your player. 

 I am not sure how to do that. Is there a link for the information on how to do this?

not sure if its text ads related, but you can look at these and see if they are worthy of your intent.
