The connection expired

The message what appears me is the next
The connection expired 00000000 The server is taking too long to respond. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you cannot load any pages, check the network connection on your computer. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.

For aces my page I need to use AlwaysOnPc other a new connection with a new Ip address community is not right to cause that kind of problem to its user. 
Can somebody what I can make I don’t know why this error appear and I want not change my host is many work…. But I need that mi community can be accessed any time of all the user.

Looks like the problem appeared with hosting provider. May be you are using too overloaded shared host or so. You need to contact with your hosting provider support team and ask them to check it. They should be able to give you some info about what can cause the issue.
