The server has reached resource limits becouse of index.php! Why?

Hello i would like to have your help. Mysite/index.php has crashed. When I redirected the traffic the rest of the site works fine. But when I cancel the redirect, cpu goes to 100% and the server reach the rousources limits. What can i do to fix the Index.php????? Please help me!!! Thank you
