The vendor does not accept payments

Hi! Please help me to fix the store problem, i have a store install and a new product, but when i using a new member id to purchase the item, it popup the message "The vendor does not accept payments". how can i fix this problem and have mt store and all member store are up going and accept payment. i used paypal to recieve payment.

Go to modules->payment and edit your payment option.

also this depends on if you setup the products as admin, or as a user? 

if you registered a user and added the products, then the users paypal credentials will need to be supplied in order to accept payment. 

since you dont state that the products are admin related, meaning you are logged in as admin, and setting up the cart, which the memberships paypal setup is different than the site-cart setup, and you would need to provide a valid paypal address for payments to be processed. 

Thank DosDawg i setup the droduct as the admin, i log into admin usename and go to the homepage and post the product, also i did setup my paypal as it will be, everything seem to be right setup, but still not working.
