The vendor does not accept payments

Get this message when i try to purchase something from my shop.

The vendor does not accept payments

Anyone know how to fix this?

You need to set up the payment information in the Payment module

set all  user_id to 1 in `bx_pmt_user_values`

values wont go away in business section??  use \0 save

 the cart on dolphin is only setup to handle digital downloads. there are no methods for tracking the orders for shipping. there are many things wrong with that half a cart.
