This items are non-editable

I'm having a problem in the Navigation Menu Builder.

I'm trying to add a item to the menu and I receive this message for any of the items in all items.

I'm trying to edit a New Item, and this is what I receive: This items are non-editable.

I receive this message for all the items in all items.

Please Help......

You need to make the new item first to the active section, there you can edit this file..
