Tiny mce glitch with IE

Every so often, a member would tell me they couldn't send messages, post on forums, anything Tiny mce related. I just noticed, on IE only, if you mouse over the text area near the middle to the bottom, you get the arrow cursor. You have to mouse over the first line of the text area for the arrow to turn to a cursor, allowing you to type. Can anyone else confirm this? I've tried on 2 computers with IE 9, and both do the same. In short form: you have to click on the first line of the editor to activate the cursor, if you click anywhere below the first line, you cannot type. I"m running 7.07

I just tested that (using 7.0.7 as well) and yes that is what happened with IE 9. In firefox I can click anywhere and it automatically goes to the first line.
