TinyMCE with o2k7 skin for blog

When my members of my site want to write in them blog, they use by default a very simple editor. Where can I change it for they use TinyMCE with "advanced" theme and is it possible to use for write blog, the skin o2k7 ?

I'm curious.  Why on earth did you join my site?    I really would like to know what your motivation was, so I can takes steps to stop others from creating all these nusiance accounts, that I have to be constantly deleting.
