Too complicated, need assist.

Hello.

So my dolphin website is too complicated for users.. 

Example: When you click files, you need to go into files.. Then to your folders and then to choose your own folder and then you can upload file.

How i can make it that way.. That you click files - > Upload file, and that's annoying that everyone has their own category, how i can do it that way that there is only those categorys what i choose?

And how i can change example that "Files" name to "Downloads"

The script found in the above thread will create a block with shortcuts to the "Upload Video, Upload Photos, Upload Files etc.. pages.

 You could put this in a block where needed.
