Top Menu mouseover

hi,

in wich file i have to delet the mousover from top menu.

if i go with the mouy on "my account" then it open down a mouse over menu and ther is the text "my account" again but i will delet this.

Is this not template releated? 
Because I use template's who dont have a mouse over.. Only the main navigation, but that is done by navigation builders in admin centre.
