Top menu tab access to logged in members only

Hi All ,

Can we set top menu tab access to logged in members only.

Say if we have top menu tabs with multiple options, I want to set access to particular page(sub menu) for logged in members only. Otherwise it should ask to log in.

Any module I can refer for same?

You can do this in the admin panel under the Menu Builder. Each tab or item can be set to Guest or Member, the only ones that are not set to that are the Small Search button (don't know why) The Language and the Template

Hi Todaler,  thanks for quick reply!

Surely we can set access for particular block on a page using Page Builder.
I was wondering if we can set page access for logged in members only by putting some code on that php page which represents particular tab on the menu. It will show message or open log in pop up.
We can achieve this putting an extra HTML block for guest type user only; I was interested in coding part.
Even can we set a menu tab visible to logged in member only?

@toadler

Suppose i keep all the menu tabs hidden from the top menu for the guest, still i am unable to hide the Search top menu tab. Any suggestion??

One solution i have used is i have hidden the top menu block from the css in the Cache_public folder.

How to do it in the admin side?

thank you.
