Transfered my website now everything got messed up

My website was hosted at a shared host with cpanel and I got a dedicated serv with Plesk..

On my new Dedicated I installed D7 and then restored my database backup that I had downloaded from my old site uaing phpmyadmin but now all my members are showing photos of others, on country almost everyone have a different country then their origin, sounds of profiles are sounds of other people..  everything in profiles belongs to other and none of the passwords work..

My old site that is hosted on the shared platform works stil but I have not managed to get it work on my dedicated..Any advice on what the problem could be or how to solve it?

1.  Dump the install that you did on the new server and move it again.

2.  If you don't know how to move a site properly get ahold of Dosdawg, he can help you with this.  It's worth any fee he charges.

3.  Make sure your file permissions are correct after you move it.

4.  Make sure your .htaccess files are moving with the site.

I have deleted the database and tried many different backups but none are working properly.

They work but photos of people are on others profiles and when I click on a country I get up people from other countrs..

I dont think it is something wrong with the database because the database on my dedicated server are the exactly same as the database on my shared account that are working great. What else could be the problem if not the database? I really appreciate any help or suggestions,.. My website have been offline since december and I do not want to give acces to my website to some 3. party guy because last time I gave out acces to my dolphin sit for a mod installation my  site members email adresses got spammed with ads for a while..
