His mod has caused my site to crash and stop working three times. He has a great IDEA but if you want your site to crash buy this product. I asked him several times to correct things and it was days later before I got a response let alone a solution. He cares nothing about your site and obviously only cares about charging $75.00 for a application that only works if you understand what and how Boonex's mapping is suppose to work and then it still causes crashes if you attempt to actually USE the application . Great Idea just in the wrong hands. I tried several attempts to placate him and not write this but when he took 5 days to contact me back about the last issue..........He really should not be allowed to sell this application.........ALL ALL ALL of my database error's have his name on them......in the code......... He has how however started the process of design that has promise it could be done correctly..........It will save some time in the correct design of this feature........Was it worth $75.......Hmmmmmm

This is what I tried to post and it would not post...........

I think you're over reacting just a bit.  I take it you installed this yourself?

No not at all the Mod just plain dos not work the way it is suppose to work........He tweeked the install and if someone takes 5 days to get back to you.......I don't think it is my issue.........The mapping Technology is very unstable he sells a product for $75.00.  I asked him countless times to deal with the major issues and simply he had no answers.  I post 85,000 icons to a Google map everyday and have been working with that aspect for over a 2 years........His mod is unstable.......if he would support it it would be a different matter all together.  I have over 40 messages to him wiithout posting to this once.  I gave him the benifit of the doubt but no longer after 3 crashes that have code that ends with his code being an issue.

Overreacting coming from you.........Hmmmmmm LOL

I'm just trying to understand why someone else can install the mod an give it a rave review.  This guy is a moderator on this site and has a trusted badge.... I don't know if he's actually Boonex staff, but he must know somebody.  I would be interested in what he has to say though.

40 messages? ....hell....I'd ignore ya too:)

The entire point is that I as a negative post could not post to his site.  This fact, begs the question how many other are there?  He has 2 positive posts but only 2 and I tried to post one negative one and could not.....This did give me a chance to vent but wonder why he has not posted nay replies here as well?  If only to explain why a person cannot post a negative review......

How can this really be aloud to be done?  I think it is critical for the public to understand when an app developer goes out of his way like Kevin and when this guy could care less.  If he has no responsibility for making bad responses to his app customers then of course he will continue to do it.  If he treats clients badly he should be known to do that and his app should pay the price.  Am I wrong here because I feel totally right.

This is what I wrote about Kevin.......

There are not enough stars for this guy.........He is one of the best support people I have EVER worked with. His products do everything they are designed to do and he will take care of very aspect of what he does. I have never been more impressed with a product and the support ever. He would tell you I asked him about these comments and he told me yeah they are real........Not only are they real they fall short of giving him the praise he deserves. I just wish there were more people around like him..........All I can do is state these words and do nothing more than to say your mods elevated my site to an entirely different level and I would buy anything he is offering...............Great Job ************************** That is the additional stars needed..........

Hello Andrey,

A link to the person's profile is at the end of the third post in this thread.  His membership level is 'moderator, trusted'.   How did he get the 'Trusted' part of that membership?  It appears to me that someone at Boonex holds him in high regard, and as such, I would think that he should be more responsive to his customers requests.

I've used Kolimarfey's Zip Code mod and that one does work.  Had an issue I did not understand in regards to the search page, but it was explained and all went well after that.  As far as time goes, you do need to realize that some of these guys are incredibly busy and it does take time to get back sometimes.  I know that my responses aren't always the quickest when it comes to customers simply because there are only so many hours in the day.

Hopefully he'll stop in here and help out with whatever problem your having and getting it completely resolved.  But all of his mods normally work really great.

If someone has an answer to a question and can solve an issue time is not a problem.  If a person sells a MOD I personally think I should be able to post to his comment section how long it took him to get back in touch with me.  In that process anyone who wants to buy his MOD can make their decision based on their personal time frame.  If he sees his sales fall then his response time will increase or he will not sell many Mods.  The process that bothers me the most here is he has 2 positive comments with none being negative this is an issue BC I tried to post a negative response but was unable to do so.  I ask why that is allowed?
