Twitter and Facebook Integration..

Hey All,

Got my site up and working and I am trying to work through the whole thing...I was wondering if their is any way or mod that can integrate the users posts, blogs, statuses into twitter and facebook...If they post a blog or forum post they can twitter and facebook that blog or post..anyone have any ideas
