URGENT PLEASE HELP!!!!

Ok i have a shared hosting account with hostforweb, i have 100 members so far and my site has been up for about 3 weeks, earlier today i logged onto my site and it had been suspended (without notice)

I contacted them to see what the hell was going on and this is what they said:

Charlie, you are abusing terms of service you have agreed when you have signed with us. Yes we can continue to host, but please follow the rules and reduce the load.

How can i been abusing the server when i only have 100 members? so i cantected to arrivxe to see what they thought and they told me that i needed to contact you guys as it wasnt a hosting problem and you could help me.

Now i have no idea what to do, hostforweb have told me that i need to reduce my load or they will suspend my account again, but i didnt think i was doing anything wrong, as i had a site with arrivxe a while bk that had over 300 members on a shared hosting account and had no problems

 im on a shared hosting account with unlimited bandwidth, unlimited disc usage, i have the supreme shared hosting account,  and im not streaming meadi, not even got videos on the site, just pictures, about 160 photos!! (oh they suspended my account again for 2 hours)

I use HFW. I have a VPS account. Over 200 members now and I expect some radical growth as soon as I deem the site finished and really start to promote it. So far, HFW has performed relatively well. I have had some small issues with them but overall, they are a fair and knowledgeable group.

I am fairly new to Dolphin. Have been here through all the beta's for D7 and have zero experience with D6 but I like to think I have learned a few things since I have been here.

One thing I have become fairly aquainted with is the fact that Dolphin is a MASSIVE piece of community software. It has literally hundreds of features and many of those features require substantial resources to work properly. I have also learned that the average internet user has a hard time grasping the idea that more content and features requires a matching amount of server resources.

In my opinion, you will never be able to host an active 100 member Dolphin site on a shared environment. Your site should have already been moved to a VPS or Dedicated server. At the very least. If you cannot afford a VPS, then one will be appointed for you, OOPS, wait, that's from another thread entirely, LOL

It is possible but you will need to cut out all the bandwidth consuming items. Things like video chat, uploading and processing of videos locally, you will also need to severally restrict how many photos your members can upload, in other words, try and use outside resources (like youtube) to support these bandwidth intense features whenever possible.

There's nothing wrong with your Dolphin, it's just  a little more than your shared server can handle.

Hmm no matter which way you go if you don't change hosts you will not be able to sleep at night wondering if you are up and going and the more success the more take away the keys so to speak that will happen you are working against yourself.  I would move and sleep better knowing that your HOST will not cut you off for doing well..........Try DosDawg......Terabite Hosting.....

As you can see, yours are 4 in top 5 and the last one is MySQL database daemon. It is a fresh server, there are almost no accounts on it, so it is clearly seen who's consuming most of the resources. And I should mention that it is a new Dual Intel Xeon L5420 server with 16Gb RAM. Generating load average of 3.7 on 8 CPU cores is quite hard for such a small site you have. It is either something is very wrong in your web application setup or it just needs to be upgraded.

What does this mean??? i dont let my members upload videos, they just upload pictures so this couldnt be causing this problem!!!

I have the same problem.... every sunday a load average over 150 an more... the site is down... but it was only 15 users or 5 simultan online... this is shit... how can i fix it??
