URI of video files

the uri of the video files DONT stored into the database when you DONT submit the keywords / discription

1) What beta do you use exactly?

2) What files with missing URI has in `Title` fields?

3) What uploader did you use?

4) Does problem exists for all types of video uploaders?

5) Does this problem exists in photos/files/sounds modules?
