Un-Banning A Chatter

Hi can someone tell me how you un-ban a chatter?

What are you trying to show me there? the "Block List" tab? That's not the same as banned from chat.

I'm asking about being banned from the chat by an admin in the chat room. Not being blocked or account suspended but banned from chat.

I've been looking for an answer to this all over the forums and can't find one but I find it hard to believe that someone could code such a nice chat and not think about Unbanning someone.
