Unable to edit email templates

Hi all,

After editing the templates for automated email responses, setting the language to Spanish, and saving the changes, I find that those changes haven't been saved the next time I log in. Is this a bug? or is there anything wrong?

I have the same problem I translate all my email templates to spanish but when my members switch the language  to use the site in spanish they still getting the emails in english and not spanish I clear all the caches, cache_public abd temp but still not working

what version of dolphin do you use? Also provide me with your admin account
