I am running 7.0.6 on one host and 7.0.7 on another host server. Both are running linux.
I am not able to upload files of any size or record video from a webcam.
I have verified that the php.ini file_max... was increased to 500m and the ffmpeg.exe is 777... I can embed links all days long no problem. but I can't upload a video to save my life. What am I missing?
