I'm unable to view profiles by permalink. I can load a profile just find by profile ID. But if I use the screen name, it gives the error:

I reapplied the dolphin install permissions and still the same results. Membership levels have view profiles enabled. And this even affected the admin account. Even though it's part of a membership level that has full permissions, it cannot view profiles by permalink.
So for now I disabled friendly profile permalinks. And just in case anyone is wondering, PHP is not running in CGI mode.
I'm also noticing that the profiles take forever to load. While they are loading, I check the CPU % of the server and it's close to 0%.
Any ideas?
