Unconfirmed Email Address?

I think I remember limiting the actions for unconfirmed e-mails that can be done yes?

That is in the membership?

A member who hasn't confirmed his email address should be restricted to the actions you have in your membership types for "non-member". That is how it's supposed to work, but I've seen lots of reports on the forums of people being able to post blogs and other things without confirming their email. I've never seen it happen on any of my own sites so I'm not sure if maybe those people have added those actions to "non-member" or if it's an actual bug.
