Upgrade 7.08 to 7.09 missing footer toolbar

Hi,

I just upgrade 7.08 to 7.09 and i have not the footer toolbar anymore.
See attachment.
Someone can explain and help me please!

Hello

1. You need to remove cache files from cache and cache_public folders via FTP (don't remove .htaccess file) or clear cache via admin panel -> dashboard -> clean cache block.

2. Also you may try to enable FireBug in FireFox browser and reload the page. May be some JS error appears on the page and prevents the correct loading of the tool bar.

Indeed i uncheck Enable cache for JS files in settings/advanced settings/template

And its ok now

You don't need to disable cacheing, but cache does need to be cleared when doing an upgrade.
