Upgrade Script - 7.3.2 - 7.3.3

First I'd like to say thanks for making it so easy to upgrade using the patch to 7.3.3 I thought I'd have to reset permissions on all of the folders. The script ran perfectly, however, I have one question.

In the .../cache folder there are 2x folders called html and uri, should those be deleted as well?

Yes. For /cache, /cache_public, and /tmp, all files should be deleted, except for the .htaccess files. So the /HTML and /URI subfolders are fair game for deletion.
