Upgrade error from 7.1.6 to 7.2.0

Hi everyone,

I uploaded my all files to upgrade from 7.1.6 to 7.2.0 from the patch which I received from url given below

https://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/7.1.6-7.2.0

But since then my site has become non-functional. I have not upgraded yet. Just after uploading all files, the website as well as admin panel can't be accessed. It gives the error which you can see in the attachment.

My website is www.1circle.org

Please help me.

Well looks like to me the 3rd party facebook connect is one of your problems. From 7.1 too 7.2 there were a good bit of changes. Lots of the 3rd party module had to be updated to work on 7.2.. You would need to try to talk with one of the pros here that help others and let them into your site to try and fix things.

I see you can goto: http://1circle.org/administration/

Try to get into it and remove at least the facebook and of course you will have to run the update as well.

You should not have uploaded the files without running the upgrade.  As TruckingSpace stated, you have to go through your module list as well to prepare for the upgrade.

I am assuming that you have not modified any core files.  You can either proceed with the upgrade to add in the database changes or you can restore to 7.1.6.  You might can simply overwrite the new 7.2 with 7.1.6.

If you made a backup, you can restore from backup and then make a clone of your site and test before working on the live site.

I just visited your site and got a php error about BxAvaModule.  That is the Avatar module.

If you can restore your site from a backup, then do so.  If you need help, send me a PM.
