Upgrade from 7.0.6 to 7.0.7

Hello all,

          I followed the directions on updating dolphin from 7.0.6 to 7.0.7 but on the step where it says to run the update function, I'm not seeing that function at all anywhere.  I just downloeded a copy of dolphn.

            Also, how do I tell my system to not run the cron every minute?  Maybe every hour or day would be fine for testing.
