The upgrade went well on my site until I was following the instructions at the end of the Patch update. My browser froze and had to be reset ( not because of the upgrade but because of my computer ) when I reloaded the MANUAL instructions were gone. All I was able to do was clear the cache. What was the rest of the instructions?
