Upgraded to 7.2.0 from 7.1.6 - errors

Hi there

I had 7.1.6 running and I changed template to UNI and FTP'd the new files on top of existing. If I go to the upgrade back it says 

And the dashboard is

 Error

Folder permissions are ok so I'm completely unsure what I can do from here. Help please? It's pretty urgent.
