Upgrading to 7.09 from 7.08. Stuck in updating process

Hello,

I have succesfully updated one of my sites but on the next site when I get to:

Recompile Orca Forum language file from admin panel -> Modules -> Orca Forum -> Manage Forum

There are no "Manage forum" available.

I have cleared cache, recompiled, deleted as instructed and it worked when I upgraded my other site.

What should I do now? I am in the middle of the updating process but are stuck.

It should be under the navigation menu as Forums -> Manage Forum. Here's a link: http://www.example.com/forum/?action=goto&manage_forum=1
