Upload Video error

I installed the new D7.0.1 and when i try to upload video i get White Page when the upload ends.

did you by chance search the forums for video upload error?

1. where are you hosted?

2. who installed your site?

3. are cron jobs setup?

4. does audio upload?

5. what size file are you trying to upload?

6. what is the max upload size on your server?

7. what is the method in which you are trying to upload flash or regular?

8. do you have mod_rewrite enabled on the server?

9. do you have permalinks enabled on the site?

2. who installed your site? : i'm install the site as all the time.

3. are cron jobs setup?: yes it is.

4. does audio upload?: no! now i see that i'm can not upload audio to.

5. what size file are you trying to upload? : 4mb for video and 3mb for audio

6. what is the max upload size on your server? : i'm really have no idea.

7. what is the method in which you are trying to upload flash or regular? : all Method did not work.

8. do you have mod_rewrite enabled on the server? : i do not know and how to check if.

i just get blank page when the vidoe ands to upload and when the music i try upload it just and and up the file and nothing happens.
