Urgent: New Installation Forum Doesn't work!!!

Hi all,

I've installed the Boonex Dolphin 7.0.9 successfully using the guide "http://www.dialme.com/m/articles/view/How-To-Install-Dolphin-On-WAMP".

But I get a problem the Orca Forum Doesn't work: When I click on Manage Forum/New Group or New Topic nothing happens. Here is my forum URL http://nhipcauhonnhan.net/forum/forum/, if you need admin user please let me know/I'll send by PM.

I need the whole website to be able to use on this special day(The Valentine's day), so I will appreciate any help from you.

Seems to be working for me. You have to create the threads and topics. Click on the 'manage' link

Can you tell me which steps you did please?

I have gone to the link to manage Forum but I can't create new Group or New  Sub-Forumand new post also.
