Using dolphin to target advertisements by sex

Is there a way to show blocks on pages based on the users sex? I'd like to show the correct advertisements according to sex. If not, this would be a nice feature.

I have a mod that will add additional options in the page builder to restrict display of blocks by gender, age and membership level.
