Using wamp to test, once done how to migrate site over

I am using wamp to test the site out before I blow money on a dedicated server; what are the steps to migrate the site over? I know I am going to have to re-input my admin, email, and permissions to the specs of the hosting provider, but what are the steps to do so?

You just need to upload your current working copy to the new server. Import a export of your current database then just edit inc/header.inc.php to change the url and path, empty the contents of the cache folders and your done.

If done right, the site will function exactly as it did on your local machine.
