VIDEO ISSUES AND UPGRADING (EMERGENCY)

I am having an issue with members being able to upload and process videos correctly.  Arvixe has done everything they can to resolve the issues such as correcting permissions in SSH and a few other things but nothing has worked and refered me here.  PLEASE HELP... Also will upgrading from 7.2 to 7.6 fix this issues and a few others such as avatars disappearing? Will upgrading completely distrupt the look of my site(template) and will I lose my members? Please advise...I have investors ready to to partner with my company and these issues don't look good for us.

If I lurn the good way from the master in the unity check for to things 1-cron job setting 2- your php.ini in your php addon for server (should be made by Arvixe ) the one who run your cms server ,inside this php.ini some default setting are not enough hight! You can check it in the Dolphin Admin pannel-tools-host tool in the host setting section you avec the recommended and actual value for your php.ini
