Video Chat.

I see the settings for a webcam in my chat room settings but i cannot find where to "cast video". Am I Capable Of Video Chats In My Chat Page On Dolphin Or Must I Purchase A Video Chat App?

Yes video chat is built in. You must either be on a server running RMS or you can purchase RMS access from someone who offers it. Your RMS settings are in the Flash admin settings in Administration.
