I want to remove flash and regular,record from the list of uploader and keep only the Embed is that possible and how ?

Also i want my site to be free membership what's the best way to do it ? i mean right now i got payment option in profile and i would like to remove it too ! please i need help :)

Go to Membership Levels and click the box to make your site run in "Free Mode" is the easiest way. 

Or:

Turn off Free Mode, Click Standard and then assign all items you want to the Standard Member.  Membership will still be free so no issue there.  You will also be able to handle your Video/Music issues from here.

In addition, you should also click non-member and deny all rights to them to keep people from playing (sending greetings and such) unless they join.

Thanks for your help , i did sort out the payment but honnestly i would like to keep add video option but with only EMBED and drop all the rest .
