Video Module Won't Install

I made a huge mistake.  My video module was not working properly after the upgrade.  Neither was my spy module.  Removing and reinstalling my spy module seemed to fix the problem.  So I thought I would remove and reinstall my video module (losing all my videos of course).

I removed my Video okay, but now when I go to reinstall it I get

Installation of: Videos Failed -- Changing database: -- -- There are errors in the following MySQL queries: -- -- Error: Duplicate entry 'bx_videos_uploader_switcher' for key 'PRIMARY'

And now my whole site is messed up.  Any ideas?  Please.....

Please, I'm desperate here.  I had to remove a whole bunch of dependent modules to remove my video module and now my whole site is a huge mess.  Any help would be appreciated.

And now my index page says:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getClassPrefix() on a non-object in /home/ustillup/public_html/templates/base/scripts/BxBaseSearchResultSharedMedia.php on line 120

You are a lifesaver!  Thank you soooo much.  My site is running perfectly once again.  You absolutely know what you are doing.

No problem.  Sounds needs videos to be installed, and videos wasn't installed and blah blah blah...  Let's just say it's working.
