Can you add a power by " your site" on the Video Player, Music Player or anything that can be Embed  so when a user Embed Your Player on other site if they click on the video or power by "your site" it link back to your website?

It would require modifying the Flash application's source code, but yes, it can be done.

You will need a Flash editor first off.  Don't think there are any decent ones for free.  Rayz is pretty reasonable for Flash work.

It's not very difficult, as it just requires adding some text/a logo with a link on the Flash application in question. If you have a copy of Adobe Flash CS3 Professional or higher, you will be able to do this yourself. You will need to download the Flash application source files from the BoonEx SVN, though.

You can contact Rayz, or a BoonEx agent, who may be willing to do it for a fee.

Hm, I may consider giving it a shot and seeing how much work would be required to get a watermark on the video player. I'll post back when I have any results.
