Video Player Templates?

I would like to change the look and feel of the default video player.  However, I've found absolutely no documentation on how to do this.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

There are no built in skinning capabilities.  If you want to change the look, the only way is to download the fla files from svn, and edit them with a flash editor.
