Video & Sound NOT Playing - Any Help?

Can anyone let me know why the players for the video and sound may not be working?  The files were successfully uploaded by when I click to play nothing happens.  Any help?

This usually happens when you have incorrect permissions set for your files and directories. Try setting your files to 644 (except the ffmpeg binary) and your directories to 755.
