Video Upload Issue 7 Beta 5

I wanted to start a new thread since my other was getting a little large.

Description of problem:

- Click to add video

- I have chosen ALL options and the same thing happens with all of them

- I pick a small (2.5 MB tried several) FLV file (also tried WMV as well)

- I click continue

- Within 5-6 seconds, a little message appears from the left that says "Video Upload Failed (Video Error)". and then just slides back to the left into space..haha

Also wanted to let you that when I attempt to upload a video and I check the flash/modules/video/files directory, it shows this 1_temp with the correct file size and that is all. No extensions or nothing. Does that assist any?

You can see my other post here if you want more info:

My host is using Linux. As I stated earlier, I have a fully working version of 6.1.4 on the same domain. Version 7 Beta 5 was installed in a sub-directory so that I could test.

A couple people has had success by putting the php.ini file in the periodic folder

I think I have found the problem with my video issue, but Im not sure how to fix it. Below are my php settings that show my ffmpeg output with an error. Keep in mind, I have a working dolphin on the same domain with any issues, so I know its not my web host (Cirtex). Any ideas?

PHP INI settings

safe mode =
disabled functions =
max execution time = 3000
post_max_size = 300M
upload max filesize = 300M

ffmpeg output

sh: -version: command not found
