Video Upload circle

 I would like to know which file I need to access to write a message in the same table as the Continue Button for uploading videos.

Also I would like to know where the settings are for upload sizes and where they can be changed if need be. 

I also would like to know which files I need to place a note stating uploading size limits, as there is nothing that stats that before attempting an upload of anything and you then find yourself have to wait only to find out you've exceeded that limit still not knowing what that limit was. 

I'd like to change that to before they upload.

I'd need to check for the other two, but size limits are set under Admin Panel => Modules => Videos => Settings. Also make sure PHP's upload_max_filesize and post_max_size are set to the same value or higher.

Whooosh! Can anyone tell me what that noise is?
