Has anyone else dealt with this? No one can upload any videos to our site at all it always says file error...? I have changed the settings in the module to allow all file types for videos?

There are several different things that could cause this. What does the actual error say when you try and upload? Also check and see if Apache created an error_log file when the problem happened. If your on a vps/ded you can check /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log.
