Video can not be shown! Error! File not found.

Hi, i installed the Dolphin 7.0 on the Hostmonster hosting.

According some tutorials from this forum, i has done some works below:

1, changed the flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe permission and set it to 777;

2, set the cron jobs on the HM hosting in the cpanel. the setting's screenshot is below:

the command is:

cd /home/myaccount/public_html/myfolder/periodic; /usr/bin/php -q cron.php

the command was recommended when i was installing the Dolphin. but the php directory is not correct and should be /usr/bin/php. after i changed it, the video is still not work.

so, where i need to do now?
