 I need some serious input on two chat modules that we have in the market that look interesting. I'd like some feedback from owners of these modules, some honest pro's and con's of these. I looked at the reviews and yes, they have good post, what I need to know; has one of these worked for your members? I'm so tired of or default "generic" chat! Hello newton27, I was using AndrewP's F-Chat module for a while. It was working OK, although some modification and improvements were done for the time we have it on our website. I really can't remember why but later I decided to go with Cometchat. One of the reason I can remember is Cometchat offers mobile apps for Android and iOS while F-Chat doesn't. Now-days all is about mobile gadgets (phones, tablets) and in my opinion it is good to offer users, members a mobile version of chat system. Same goes for RMS Chat. I do not own "RMS Free Chat" but what I want to say is that no matter which version is installed on Dolphin, both are Flash based and such does not work on mobile devices....., so users are forced to use it/them just on PC.

Today I've tested AndrewP's module Audio/Video instant messenger on his site and it is great module. Definitely worth to try! And to buy AndrewP we should test it over mobile device as well... when you have time....

While I was with AndrewP on video chat over his chat module, he mentioned to me that "no one from boonex tested his product" .... As for 40% of visitors on mobile devices....
