Video comment issue - infinite processing

My website is on D7.0.9. The video comment always goes to "processing" and never back to normal status. I checked with my hosting provider Arvixe and they said the RMS is properly configured and the "popen" function is already enabled. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks.

If you upload a normal video does it process normally?

It might be your cron job.

It processes normally if I upload videos, and the video chatting works normally too. So what can I do to check the cron job?

If your cron job is working correctly you should be getting an email every night showing the database has been cleaned.

You can also see it if you go in Cpanel and click the cronjob shortcut.. it should be towards the bottom.

Thanks, I can see the cron job but don't know how it affects the video comment's processing issue.

The command of my current cron job is:

cd /home/XXXXXX/public_html/periodic; /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php -q cron.php

I added the following cron jobs and tried to leave a video comment after cleaning cache, but the issue is still the same.

  1. * * * * * /usr/local/bin/php -q /home/XXXXXX/public_html/periodic/cron.php
  2. * * * * * /usr/bin/php -q /home/XXXXXX/public_html/periodic/cron.php
  3. * * * * * /usr/local/bin/php4 -q /home/XXXXXX/public_html/periodic/cron.php
  4. * * * * * /usr/local/bin/php5 -q /home/XXXXXX/public_html/periodic/cron.php

I really don't know what the problem is now...

Finally I realized that it's not about the cron jobs, it's because only IE, Opera and Firefox supports the video comment feature, and I just used Google Chrome and didn't find this.

Thanks, it seems I may need to check the version of my Chrome browser. Could you also tell me your Chrome's version?
